What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
There were only two restrooms available, resulting in a long line of customers during Christmas. There was one restroom in the main building and another in a separate building. When we asked the barista to open the second restroom, they informed us that the manager did not allow it. Despite serving good coffee, there was a lack of customer service. View all feedback.
