I went to the Talbot for an event and brought my toddler. Nice place, in good condition. Looks like the bathrooms were recently refurbished. The staff were lovely. I checked bathrooms and none had a baby changing facility. I asked receptionists and another hotel worker and none of them knew where to find one. It was a very odd situation.
