I like the convenience of the new ordering system. Its very simple to go to the kiosk, order what you want (including customizations) , then simply wait for your number to be called. You are able to pay, get your own drinks, and seat yourself. It seems much smoother than it was waiting to be seated and for a server to help you. I've never had any issues with my order. I got to the drive thru at 7:52 apm and continued to wait for around 10-20 minutes, I then proceed to look up the hours and it said they closed at 8pm. The man behind me had an order for pick up and he went up to the drive thru window and knocked on it. A guy looked at him and walked away because it was closed now. Definitely do not recommend coming to this Steak N’ Shake View all feedback.
