While out walking with 20 friends we popped in here on a wet afternoon. The staff welcomed us, arranged tables quickly, and magically fed us all promptly with no fuss. The food was good, and excellent milkshakes in a proper aluminium container. The staff were friendly and efficient. A big bonus was clean toilets, and availability of wine or beer. I’d heard about the burgers so I had one. It had a thin, dry patty as though it was a mass-produced frozen patty. It’s a pity because the rest of the burger crammed in good salad and a great sauce and it was cheaper than many trendy burger joints.
