Good brisket sandwich and experience. The brisket was chopped and had a good amount of smoke taste. It wasn't as lean as I prefer and included fat pieces. The sandwich comes with a bright home sauce. I added pickles and some homemade spicy BBQ sauce and it was quite delicious. People were friendly and engaged and I will turn on again when below to try something else on the menu.
