I walked into Dunkin’ Donuts unlike going through the drive-through. I received great service at the counter. The store was clean. They had plenty of staff. I ordered the sugar cookie small coffee with a shot of espresso. So many locations are saying they are out of this cookie flavor. If you can get this cookie flavor grab you one. Happy holidays. Coffee consistently has curdled cream. They try to pass it off as the creamer is just frozen, yet it never melts. It seems to me they aren't cleaning the creamer machine properly and some residual chunks always make it to my coffee. View all feedback.
