I made an order at 10 mins to 6pm and did not receive it till after 9pm. No updates, no discount, not even a direct apology from the manager. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. The food was cold by the time I received it. It was an all round mess. If I had had the energy I could have cooked the whole meal by myself in an hour.
