Staff amazing and helpful from the minute we checked in to when we left. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Rooms: Rooms were spotless. However the step in and out of the shower/bath could be an issue for people with mobility issue. Also room 115 had a big cracked across the tiles in the bathroom.
