Meat on the pizza was moldy. Offered to remake (I declined) but refused to acknowledge it was mold, and it 100% was. Really frustrated there was no acknowledgement or concern, just arguing. HiWire is great and close and other than this their pizza is solid so I will maybe go back, but I would like management to see this and revise their mindset.
