We waited patiently because it was busy ..as the restaurant cleared out we noticed that the staff only talk and do not pay attention to the order.so we finally asked for our food. They owed it to a shift change, but gave us the cold poutins and pommes that sat behind the counter .. there were about 5 employees there and once food is ready, don't tell the customer...
