I came here because my throat hurt and I wanted hot chocolate. I don’t like tea or coffee, so I had no other option. The hot chocolate was not very good and I was disappointed by it. I did get a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a bagel, which was amazing. The atmosphere was very nice and cozy and the staff was very nice and understanding. Amazing coffee. Unfortunately, the service has been on a steady decline and has been abysmal as of late. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for coffee when the store is practically empty, and certain employees will ignore mobile orders entirely until you say something to them.
