This charming tea room has the most welcoming staff in the city. The owner went above and beyond to prepare a vegan high tea for me with less than 48 hours notice, making it a truly special experience. While they do have some vegan options on their regular menu, there is a $10 supplement for the high tea for any dietary restrictions.
