My all time favourite coffee shop in Ferndown. Can get busy mid-morning at lunch hour so may find a wait in the queue. What southernboyuk doesn't like about Costa Coffee:
As above good service but being the first customers of the day and using the unisex toilets, sinks were clean but my wife didn't appreciate seeing pubic hair all over the toilet pan and seat. Clearly this had not been cleaned from the night before or the start of the morning. If you are going to have toilets, especially unisex, at least they could be spotless and checked regularly.
