we arrived at the orange tree and they had no record of them for my reservation. they were fully booked so they could not accommodate us. this was my 60th birthday party so that I was naturally completely disappointed and annoyed, as we could not be booked in any other place in so short time. I will not use open table again to book and will advise other people not to use them as it completely pampered my day. View all feedback.
