Booked a table for 3 for the carvery, 15/11/2023, mid afternoon. The staff were welcoming, considerate, and attentive. Drinks order was taken swiftly and served promptly. Staff that smile!!! Fantastic!! Sadly so rare nowadays.... The food was excellent, and the chef serving the Yorkshire-sized portions was chatty and friendly. A really lovely visit, and hope to visit again very soon. I booked my Christmas Dinner paid £10 deposit, the staff told me I didn't have to book breakfast. I was booked in at the hotel next door to Toby Carvery. On Friday 7th December I get an email saying there isn't any breakfast on Christmas day so this company expects me to go hungry until 2pm on Christmas day when everything is shut.
