The menu has a number of clearly marked vegetarian dishes. The staff confirmed that vegetarian dishes are vegan without egg or milk. Make sure to revise with Alliums staff for special dishes, as my friend and I received contradictory information in the Changi City Point branch and Plaza Singaporea branch.
