Island Flava - East Stroudsburg

What User likes about Island Flava:
I recently had the best Jamaican food I've ever had in Pennsylvania at this restaurant. It was on par, if not better, than what I've had in New York (and New Jersey.) The curry goat roti was out of this world. It was perfectly seasoned and I even asked for extra spice. What User doesn't like about Island Flava:
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant because they were unable to provide information on the transaction fee for credit card purchases under $10. I don't mind paying the fee as long as I know the amount, but they insisted that I take a chance or choose a different item to purchase. It would be helpful for the restaurant to be knowledgeable about these fees. View all feedback.
