We made a special stop here while traveling home to Houston from Virginia to get a 24 pack of Krystals. There are no Krystal restaurants near Houston. The service was very friendly! The food quality was good, but the burgers were just shoved into their boxes which made them deformed. Maybe I'm being silly, but I had hoped for better packaging for the remainder of our drive home. The taste is still comfort food! View all feedback.

Walked in and walked back out! It was a Friday and the employees had on the most vulgar and profane music! Certainly not a place I'd take children! My husband and I couldn't stand it, so definitely not for kids! Management needs to control their staff better! View all feedback.
