Alchemy serves wonderful food with fresh local ingredients. The flavors were unusually intense and the food itself was rich and satisfying. Our experience has been over the years that this is a restaurant to visit in the off-season. In the middle of summer, the restaurant becomes noisy, the service more rushed and the food less delicious. View all feedback.
