Was given a voucher for afternoon tea for two people. I booked it for January only to be told a few weeks later that I should not have been allowed to book it. As my friend gave it to me for a birthday treat I...could not re-book as she had paid for it. It took her some time to get her money back and I lost out on the afternoon tea.
