Kyloe is Edinburgh's premier gourmet steak restaurant, named after the Highland beef cattle that symbolizes the strength and quality of Scottish beef. We source our cuts from pedigree Aberdeen Angus, provided by top farms and butchers in Scotland, to deliver an unparalleled steak experience to our customers. Located on the first floor of The Rutland Hotel in Edinburgh's West End, our restaurant offers stunning views of Edinburgh Castle. Open for lunch on weekends and dinner, our menus are expertly crafted by our acclaimed head chef, John Rutter. While reservations are welcome, we always keep some tables available for walk-ins - so feel free to drop by, enjoy a drink at the bar, and wait for a table!
