Food is great, but (non delivery lets them down badly. 50 mins we waited for a delivery this time, after having a previous bad experience when a 30 minute order took over an hour. This time their website said 45 mins. On phoning to enquire how long the delay would be, we were told the driver was ‘on his way’.
