our meals did not come as described in the menu, but this was corrected after we pointed out. the host was not excessively apologetic or accommodating. a code is required for the washing room and provided according to the request. using the code has never worked for me. it is obvious that this could be a large space for a group trip, but the service level could be a fair bit increased.
