A solid upscale bar grill in Elmore. My party are here after a race at the Mid-Michigan Motorplex; Phenix Bar is only about 5 minutes north of the track. We were seated immediately. I had their Phenix Burger which was excellent. Another had their fish special which was pretty good. Service was friendly and prices reasonable. I plan to return on my next trip to Mid-Michigan.
