I came here trying to get a drink not knowing what to order, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to give me suggestions as I was looking for something low in caffeine. So take a chance even if you don’t know what you want they have so many choices. Not only were they helpful but I go back all the time as the tea is delicious and I have a new favorite drink. Customer Service is awful. I waited 25 minutes for 1 House Milk Tea. After 20 minutes, I asked them to cancel my drink refund my money which they responded “uhhh wait wait”. There were 3 of us who had orders of 1 or 2 who didn’t get our drinks until people who arrived after us with larger orders. Will not be returning, I rather drive farther not waste almost half an hour for 1 drink. View all feedback.
