Holy s . First time being in El Paso, and first time eating at Don Carbon, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny! The food was delicious! Smoky, touch of spicy, juicy, flavorful, and mouth watering. The marinade and seasoning they use for their chicken is out of this world. I have to agree with a lot of the other reviews. There's time when the food is good and not overly seasoned with salt but even then it's so pricey and you have to stay on top of the employees because they will give you the wrong order or they won't charge you for what you actually ordered.
