I will start by saying that the pizza is delicious. It has a great crunch and the toppings taste fresh and of high quality. The flavors meld perfectly in every bite. Unfortunately the Realer location has slipped terribly. The food is mediocre at best and there is so much employee turnover that the service is lousy. It’s a basic in the restaurant business that a customer concern about the quality of food should lead the server to have management remove the item from the bill.
