WOW!I can't believe I did not know of this place.We happened to be in El Reno and stumbled upon Sam's Southern Eatery. The food is amazing. Portions are big. I had to actually leave with a to go and that is rare for me. Great price too. I got the fish, shrimp and chicken. Best I have had in a long time. if i could give this place 0 stars i would...and that's being generous. i was very impressed with other locations of the same name. part of the reason was because my whole catfish was breaded so thick and fried so hard that the fish was mush on the inside. the fried green tomatoes were good but that's about it and i had to ask for them to be fried hard.
