Rang and booked a table. When we arrived they couldn't find our booking. Managed to get a table anyway. We ordered crumbed cauliflower to eat before our meals. Crumb was very pasty and cauliflower cold. Meals came out in a reasonable time. I cut through the middle of my chicken kiev and and it was completely raw. I notified a staff member who apologised.
