If you find yourself in Elizabeth and in need of breakfast, you're in luck! Top o' the Morning will cook you a hot breakfast and /or send you out with 1, 6, or a dozen donuts. This place is never open when they say they are. I stopped three different mornings in the last 2 weeks and they were close. Also, they have no sign with their hours now. How can anyone support a business if you don't know when it is open? View all feedback.
