Eaten at the food truck several times and gotten takeout at the restaurant once. Food is always delicious. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my takeout order was bagged in an inverse-pyramid, so the juices of my steak mofongo spilled all over everything else beneath it, which made for a seriously inconvenient experience trying to eat in the car during a mid-trip pit stop. Went to the Food Truck Festival on Front Street. I am a fan of empanadas and wanted to try theirs. We had the beef and chicken. We preferred the beef. They were $4.00 each. Luke warm. Flavorful. Chicken was less flavorful. Green salsa needed some tang. Sour cream was a nice touch. I would have at least given another if the empanadas were hot. But with food safety in mind, I can't.
