The Elk River MN store and crew are top notch! Great customer service time and time again....but will say Pizza Hut corporate, specifically their call center is lacking. They do not care about the customer and a rep blatantly lied to me on the phone when asked 3x if there would be an issue receiving an order for stuffed crust after online ordering said 'out of stock '. I ordered it aside. I had telephone problems. I called and my phone didn't connect to my end, so I hung up and tried to call back. I was on the parking lot and watched her look at the caller ID and saw that I called back and shook her head and throw hands in disgust. three hired and no one picked up the phone.
