Aspens is usually a great place to enjoy a nice dinner. However, this time was different. The chicken wasn’t fully cooked and the brussel sprouts came out inedible. In fact, the server indicated that the head chef threw the batch out. The server offered to bring the chicken back to cook it more...and offered a dessert ‘on the house’. No thanks. We got the porterhouse at $150. Steam vegetables weren’t that great, not a fan of the spring raab broccoli. Had a cover band playing right next to the restaurant that killed the nice atmosphere inside and drowned out the piano player. I wouldn’t recommend during any shows View all feedback.
