My son and I decided to go to breakfast this morning. I chose breakfast for the country. I wanted to experience something about everything. A sausage, crispy hash brown, two eggs made perfect over medium, and two cookies soft on the inside and brown only the way you want them. Homemade land engraving to smear over the top of them. I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. While we have enjoyed their breakfast burritos in the past, the two skillets we ordered were, to be honest, quite unpleasant. We took them home to eat and upon opening the bag, we were greeted by a large pool of grease at the bottom. The flavor was also not up to par, with an overwhelming amount of salt.
