I really like Oyama. The owners are fabulous and it’s a big, diverse menu. Things are tasty, and good for Ellensburg. They might not be so competitive in Seattle, but hey! I would recommend to anyone who enjoys hibachi grill group parties, yakisoba, Sushi, sashimi, and teriyaki.
