Anise is my new favorite pho in south jersey. Amazingly clean and flavorful broth and tender bits of bovine. Even the limes used as garnish were plump and juicy. Lastly, Anise is clean throughout including the Sriracha bottles on the table which seems rare elsewhere for some reason. Looking forward to coming back soon. View all feedback.

My husband had pho soup and it was delicious. I had the rice meal with grilled pork and quiche. The grilled pork looked more like a barbecue pork rather than grilled. The dipping fish sauce for the grilled pork was extremely sweet compared to the normal flavor.
