I recently visited a local Portillo’s, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing due to the unusually slow service. On this particular day, the wait times were excessive to such a degree that I was forced to cancel part of my order, as it seemed it might never come. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and then was handed cold food. Was at 2pm, not busy at all...
Always a must when I come home to visit, never been disappointed!
