Met up with a friend for lunch. We were greeted on arriving and drinks order taken immediately and served promptly. We then looked through a very wide range menu and also noticed specials on the blackboard. The food portions were very large and great value as everything was priced less than we expected. This cafe has been here for years and several owners. Having lived in the area for most of that time I decided to venture in for lunch for the first time today. The coffee was hot and nice however the meal was just plain awful. I. ordered a chicken, asparagus and cheese melt. It was cold and lifeless.
