So, the sides we had were loaded kartoffel salad, Mac cheese, Broc salad and all three were so good. I ordered 1lb truthahn and a 1/2 lb brisket. both flesh had a really good bark taste and smoke taste. what the flesh destroyed for us was how dry it was. if that meat had been nice and damp, I would have given a solid 5 stars.
