The crust is crispy and has a delicious smokeyness to it. Being a Wisconsin native, I can tell you this is an absolutely 100% Grade A+ fantastic mozzarella cheese that they use for the pizza. There was plenty of sauce but a bit more of oregano would make it pop. The 4 stars is only because they gave us boneless wings when we requested bone-in. I would not order there pizza the crust is nit homemade and the sauce was bitter very bitter. It was very burnt as well. Pizza was gross. As for the rest it was awesome.
