Had been to Stingers on the Waterfront before, but closed on Mondays so Google Maps showed Red Fire American Grill which we visited tonight. Inside the Clarion Hotel near the airport, we went in, was told to sit wherever we wanted and our server was very nice, not overly friendly, but still polite. Ordered and never served. It is not the Hostess Server Cook Cashier error! Apparently, the company is too cheap to rent additional help as it only one person wore various hats. It reminded me of one of these shows where you end up in a one-lane city, and the Sherriff is also the judge, and the mechanic, and the hairdresser etc. There was an influx of hotel guests waiting to sit and serve, where is the staff in this f...
