When in a menu, you ask for a change of dessert, which on the map costs 0.70 € more and that you are advertised a supplement of 3 €... Where is the commercial side? or then when you take a crêpe on the map and you are charged the green salad 3 € with your crêpe while you are served a little salad. the water carafe is to be claimed several times.
