The temperature of the food was room temperature warm and that's the perfect temperature for bacteria to grow. The beef cabbage roll was so spicy and there was no sign to describe it and the staff didn't say anything about that. There was no display of price either. Two beef cabbage rolls costed $14 plus tax.
