The Grilled Beef Short Ribs on steamed rice, also known as Com Suon Bo Nuong, were delicious with crispy grilled edges. The dish didn't come with many veggies, just carrots, radish, iceberg lettuce, and rice. The Fried Eggrolls, or Cha Gio, were also tasty, filled with chicken and shrimp and not greasy. The quality has been slowly going downhill since they changed ownership. The broth is fattier and less flavorful and the meat quality is poor. I know brisket is a fatty cut, but when its more fat than meat its a problem. View all feedback.
