I like their self order kiosk so you skip the line. But when they are understaffed it’s not very efficient. I had ordered from the kiosk and a customer walked up to the register and ordered exactly what I did and except with an additional smoothie. He paid cash and got his order, walked away. I order a sundae and it was half way filled, so I ask the lady to either give me a new one or fill it. She weigh the sundae, ? I wonder what the idea. WELP!Update: people who work at the food court DO NOT ANSWER Phone order, and they will ask you if you made a phone order? ? ?
