Borealis Bistro offers a unique dining experience where students gain real-world restaurant skills by planning menus, preparing food, and providing table service. Operating every Friday from January 31st to April 17th, 2020 at James T. Hutchison High School, the bistro features a Prix Fixe Menu for $15, including a choice of soup or salad, entree, and a beverage. Appetizers and desserts are available for an additional fee. Reservations can be made by texting Friday through Wednesday, with bookings allowed up to two weeks in advance.

We waited over 20 minutes before our server even came to the table. Someone else brought us water. Suggest to the servers that even if they can't take the order in a reasonable amount of time, to AT LEAST acknowledge the table and that the order will be taken as soon as possible. View all feedback.
