it wasn't really bad, but it's not what I was looking for. chinese take me out, is not a healthy eating. when someone has created these recipes, they do not say, let us use low sodium salt and all white-meat chickens. it messes with it and makes it worse. for me this is beyond burger and impossible meat, but in Chinese cuisine.
