Went to get food there for the first time. The front counter girl helped the customer in front of me, told me to hold on when it was my turn, left the counter, and went by the drink machines... She had her personal phone on speaker phone and was clearly on customer service with someone for a personal matter... after several minutes, a cook went over to her and told her I was still waiting.
