What User doesn't like about Gambero Rosso:
1. mal gast restaurant as walk from falkirk wheel to kelpies while in the opposite restaurant. saw outside and terrace area next channel had 1 table with 2 chairs outside and others stacked. I wanted to ask if we could have a snack, and coffee is out and was rude and abruptly said we wouldn't make a coffee outside. surprisingly, when I wonder if we were eating inside and then sitting outside with coffee and snacks, would they allow that? bad first impression of restaurant from customer service perspective. waiter's attitude rather rude and blunt. possible visits for lunch and dinners lost due to this first experience. future customer experience. I hope this is an isolated incident, as most reviews are good. I hope that was one.
