I can't say enough good things about this place. they offer the most moist and tasty gluten-free white brot, muffins, cupcakes, etc. I've ever had. my family and I have been G.F for 9 years and this is by far the best. love the English muffins!, I cool or freeze like all gluten-free brot will quickly form. wish that your muffins not all have a strong zimt base to them. bought blueberry and hoped for an acidic creamy blueberry taste, but was overwhelmed by zimt. sad they all taste the same, no matter what different ingredient they add ex pumpkin chocolate chips with more zimt, I'm sorry.
